Facility forms part of a 拢145m investment plan
Clugston has announced it is to start work on a major 鈥榚nergy from waste鈥 (EfW) plant in Lincolnshire. The facility, which is part of a 拢145m investment plan, will treat up to 150,000 tonnes of household waste per year.
Clugston are building the EfW plant alongside its process partner CNIM for the Waste Recycling Group who were appointed by Lincolnshire County Council.
Lincolnshire鈥檚 first EfW facility will produce enough electricity to power over 10,000 homes and businesses 鈥 and will reduce the amount of waste sent to Landfill each year.
Steve Radcliffe, managing director of Clugston Construction said:
