Following the publication of the government’s first national security strategy earlier this year, Corus Bi-Steel has launched an anti-attack vehicle bollard system, designed to protect against terrorist attack
The company says the system can be quickly installed around the sites to be protected. The Bi-Steel bollard system consists of two elements: a foundation unit comprising a steel panel, with an extended steel stabilising arm, and the vertical steel bollard itself, which fixes into a slot in the panel.
The system has been successfully tested in accordance with PAS 68:2007 – the classification system for the performance of vehicle security barriers.
