Jeld-Wen has developed a window that is designed to help architects and developers meet the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes
The DreamVu window offers U-values ranging from 2.0W/m2K to 0.7 W/m2K – allowing it to meet code level six requirements. The window can carry glass units up to 46.4mm thick, which allows for greater flexibility for achieving increased thermal performance or acoustic properties.
All DreamVu windows are factory glazed, with options including double- or triple-insulating glazed units, warm edge or standard spacer bars and gas filling, which further improves thermal performance.
The windows are manufactured from PEFC Chain of Custody certified timber, which ensures they originate from environmentally well-managed forests.
