Willmott Dixon has won a seven-year contract worth 拢147m to maintain nearly 17,000 homes for social housing group Home Group.

The contract 鈥� Willmott Dixon鈥檚 largest this year 鈥� will see the contractor provide maintenance services for the group鈥檚 estate in central and North-west England.

Willmott Dixon will provide services including responsive repairs and voids maintenance, planned works and gas inspections. The contract has an option to be extended by another two years.
