South London mixed-use scheme features 250 apartments, swimming pool and ice rink
Vinci Construction has won an 拢80m contract to deliver a mixed-use scheme in Streatham on behalf of Tesco subsidiary Spenhill Regeneration and the London borough of Lambeth.
The project involves the development of 250 apartments, a swimming pool, ice rink and sports hall. A new Tesco Extra supermarket spanning 63,000ft虏 will also be built.
Works are due to begin this summer, with completion scheduled for November 2014.
Geoff Cheek, construction director for building division south at Vinci Construction UK said:
