Construction Products Association is advertising for April 2012
The Construction Products Association is advertising for a new chief executive, who will replace Michael Ankers when he retires in April 2012.
The trade association is offering a 鈥渟ix-figure salary and benefits package鈥, and says it is seeking a candidate who can deal with government and industry figures at the most senior level, and 鈥渂e seen as a figurehead for the construction products industry鈥.
Outgoing chief executive Ankers helped to set up the Construction Products Association in 1999. Commenting on his departure, the organisation鈥檚 chairman Bill Bolsover said: 鈥淭he industry will be extremely sorry to lose Michael鈥檚 knowledge and skills and we will be looking to identify a high-profile and experienced successor who will be able to build on all that Michael has achieved.鈥
