The new building has been designed to house hi-tech industries from the world of motorsport.
A new Innovation Centre at Silverstone racing track will hot house up to 40 engineering start-up companies when it opens next week.
The 拢4.2m centre designed by Cube Design offers 30,000sq ft of commercial space to motor racing engineering companies and related industries.
Alex Hooton, chief executive of the British Racing Drivers Club says: 鈥淲e are very excited by this project and see it as a critical element in the develop of the High Tech Park at Silverstone, which we intend will catalyse the motorsport industry.鈥�
The central atrium spans the three-storey height of the building and the structure features Kalwall which is used as an external wall to allow natural light to filter through office suites.
