Scape has launched the first pipeline of its 拢7bn national construction framework, with 拢1.1bn of work underway.

好色先生TV exclusively revealed in March that Willmott Dixon, Lendlease, Wates and Robertsons had bagged the five lots covered by the works framework, which kicked off six months ago.

Major schemes so far confirmed include Liverpool City Council鈥檚 Venmore Dementia Hub in Anfield and the refurbishment of Bolton鈥檚 Octagon Theatre, both led by Willmott Dixon, and 55 new affordable homes as part of the regeneration of Raploch for Stirling City Council, led by Robertson.

The new framework replaces Scape鈥檚 previous major works agreement, which has been held solely by Willmott Dixon and ended in May this year. The current contract is scheduled to conclude in 2021.

Victoria Brambini, managing director of Scape Procure, said the Scape National Construction framework had added depth and breadth to its national offer, 鈥渋ncluding a greater presence than ever before in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland鈥�.
