Hotel will rotate 1.3 times a day within an infinity edged swimming lake

This marina hotel, 35 minutes by boat from Split in Croatia, rotates within the centre of an infinity-edged swimming lake which cascades down onto the hillside spa below.

The three-storey, 61m diameter hotel will rotate at a speed of 1.3 times a day and contains a 22m static central hub including the reception, lifts and a circulation staircase.

Guests will enter from below at lower ground level which does not rotate.

London-based Studio RHE was commissioned by Croatian developer the Profectus Group. The company owns 80km虏 north of Dubrovnik and is in the final phase of signing off the largest real estate project on the Adriatic coast.
