Consultant cost manager on conversion and upgrade of listed Bristol hospital

Ridge has been appointed cost manager on the conversion and upgrade of Cossham Hospital in Bristol.

Built at the beginning of 20th Century, the existing building is a Grade II listed structure.

Partner Clive Woodford, said: "This local landmark will continue to benefit the whole community, so it is important the whole project is completed to a high specification on time and on budget."

Work will begin on site in the latter part of 2008 with completion due in 2010.
