Consultant announces promotions including new equity partner in charge of London office
Property and construction consultant Ridge has announced a number of new promotions.
Murray Farrant, who currently manages the London office and has been with Ridge for eight years, became an equity partner on 1 January 2008. His principle responsibility will be to develop the London office activities across all disciplines and in particular building surveying.
Roger Sandell will take over responsibility for the IT group and becomes a salaried partner, taking responsibility for the new QS team in the Leicester office.
In the Oxford office Richard Thorpe also becomes a salaried partner.
There were four promotions to team managers. Dave Johnson was promoted in Oxford, Neil Cook and Nick Dixon in Reading and Tom Yearsley in Bristol.
Additionally, nine employees became associates at the firm. Simon Ball, James Carter-Brown, Adrian Wells, Howard Green, Richard Martinson and Rob Large in the Oxford office and Ed Layton, Al Starnes and Chris Perry in the Reading office.
