Project manager aims to employ over 40 staff at Midlands office over next three years
Rider Levett Bucknall Birmingham has announced three new appointments as part of a three-year goal to significantly boost its Midlands business. The plans to expand its existing team of 90 to more than 130 and increase regional turnover from £10m to £15m.
John Heely and Emily Green have joined the firm as quantity surveyors and Errol Stewart has joined the team as an associate and building surveyor. The new employees will all be based at the company’s Birmingham headquarters at Millennium Point.
Heely has 18 years experience in the construction industry. Working within the cost management team his role will include overseeing the commercial management of a number of key projects including mixed use, hotels, residential and regeneration projects.
With 12 years experience primarily on major shopping centres, Green will also work with the cost management team where she will work across a full range of projects.
Stewart is currently co-ordinating Rider Levett Bucknall’s national efforts in flood damaged client properties in Hull, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
