Consultant wins contract on 拢3m refurbishment of care home portfolio in the midlands and the north

Cost consultant Rider Levett Bucknall is set to work with housing group Anchor Trust on a 拢3m refurbishment scheme to upgrade its regional portfolio of retirement and residential care homes in the North and the Midlands.

The firm鈥檚 Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool offices will provide , building surveying, contract administration and employers agent services throughout the three year framework agreement.

Formally Help the Aged, Anchor Trust is the UK鈥檚 largest not-for-profit provider of housing, support and care for the elderly.

It is the first time the Rider Levett Bucknall group has worked with Anchor Trust.
