Net order book at consultant increases to 拢330m on the back of recent acquisitions
New orders are up 20% on last year, Peter Wood, chairman of White Young Green will tell the company鈥檚 annual general meeting today.
The net order book has increased 拢55m to 拢330m compared with this time last year.
Wood will hint at future expansion saying there is a good pipeline for acquisitions.
Recent acquisitions are delivering the expected profits. It鈥檚 purchase of Tweeds in March 2006 has made a 鈥渟ignificant鈥 impact as well as giving the consultant a national cost management business.
Wood will tell the audience that last month鈥檚 acquisition of engineering consultancy Adams Kara Taylor will boost its presence in London and overseas markets.
Internationally the group has secured a number of large projects including water modernisation project in Algeria and the development of a regional transportation strategy for Poland.
