Payment could rise to 拢1.4m if town planning consultant hits performance targets in first year of trading
Consultant White Young Green has bought UK town planning consultant Turner Holden.
WYG has bought the Somerset-based company for 拢900,000. A further payment of 拢500,000 is due if Turner Holden hits certain performance targets in the first year of trading under WYG.
In the year ended 31 March, pre-tax profit at Turner Holden was 拢138,000 on a 拢647,592 turnover. All its directors are expected to join WYG.
John Purvis, WYG鈥檚 chief executive, said: 鈥淭urner Holden will strengthen and complement WYG鈥檚 existing town planning operations in the south west.
鈥淚t will also create opportunities for WYG鈥檚 environmental and transportation businesses in the housebuilding sector in the region.鈥
