Development Securities and Cathedral Group joint venture鈥檚 拢250m scheme to include 132 apartments

Developer Development Securities, in partnership with developer Cathedral Group, has been given the go ahead for a 拢250m development of the Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes, London.

Hillingdon council has handed the developers a resolution to grant planning permission for the first phase of the development, which will see 132 apartments built on the 18-acre site.

A revised master plan for the entire site is due to be submitted to the London Borough of Hillingdon soon.
