Housing and maintenance firm says results for 2006 will be above market forecasts
Housing and maintenance firm Mears Group has predicted trading results to be higher than market expectations for the year ended 31 December 2006.
The group has secured a number of significant contracts with a total value exceeding £100m. These include Brighton & Hove City Council and Bedfordshire Pilgrims HA contracts.
The company has said its order book is predicted to be over £1bn. Mears said around 84% of 2008 projects have already been secured and its directors predict a stable platform for predictable future growth.
