Housing specialist wins work with Places for People and Glasgow Council
Affordable housing contractor Lovell has been appointed to two Scottish housing frameworks worth 拢210m.
Glasgow City Council has chosen the company as one of the framework contractors for the second phase of the redevelopment of the Maryhill Locks site. The framework, worth 拢75m, will include the construction of up to 700 homes.
The company has also been selected by housing association Places for People for its 拢135m four-year framework to build up to 1,500 homes across Scotland鈥檚 central belt.
