Contractor boosts affordable housing business with acquisition of 拢60m turnover company

Contractor Leadbitter has acquired Kent-based Denne Construction, the firm announced today.

Denne Construction, a 拢60m turnover company, will strengthen Leadbitter鈥檚 affordable housing business. The acquisition is expected to increase Leadbitter鈥檚 turnover to 拢250m for 2007.

Leadbitter group managing director Bob Rendell said: 鈥淒enne has an excellent management team which I am delighted to confirm will continue to work within the business. Our aim is to work jointly with them to further progress the exciting opportunities which Denne has in the south-east of England, south east Lodnon and the Thames Gateway.鈥�
