Bam, Mace and Ridge win roles on Midlands facility
Jaguar Land Rover has appointed Bam to deliver a 2,764-space multi-storey car park at its manufacturing complex in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham.
The circa 59,000 square metre structure will provide parking for staff and production vehicles, replacing an existing surface car park.
Ridge is the architect and structural engineer, Mace is quantity surveyor and Jay Roberts is project manager.
Bourne Parking will provide the steel frame with concrete planks, pre-cast stair cores and cladding.
The car park will be handed over in multiple phases matching car production requirements.
It will complete next April.
