Design firm offers specialist skills across many of Jacobs鈥 markets
Jacobs Engineering Group has acquired design firm KlingStubbins, the companies announced today.
The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, but KlingStubbins provides planning, architecture, engineering and interiors services across a range of Jacobs鈥 growth markets, including science and technology, higher education and cyber-security centres.
KlingStubbins has approximately 500 employees in the United States and Asia.
Jacobs president and chief executive officer Craig Martin said: 鈥淲e are acquiring a solid business with a history of good performance. KlingStubbins鈥 talented employees and strong client relationships align well with our relationship-based business model. This acquisition allows us to further diversify our services and drive greater growth in our business.鈥
