Construction services group ISG has completed the acquisition of European fit-out specialist Interior Alpha, in which it previously had a 20% shareholding, for 拢13.5m.

The firm has offices in Paris, Milan and Frankfurt. David Lawther, ISG鈥檚 chief executive, said: 鈥淭his is part of our strategy to offer three centres: in Asia, mainland Europe and the UK.鈥�

Meanwhile, ISG鈥檚 contracting arm ISG Jackson, has appointed Peter Woodnott as director of its commercial division and Steve Ponting as construction manager of the public division. Woodnott joins from Miller Construction and Ponting, from RG Carter.

Chris Harrall, David Durrell and Peter Sullivan are now directors.
