Designs unveiled as Art鈥檕tel signs up to manage hotel next door to iconic power station

Designs for a hotel overlooking Battersea Power Station have been revealed, after hotel operator Art鈥檕tel signed up to run and manage the hotel planned for the top of the Foster + Partners-designed Prospect Place residential building.

The hotel forms part of phase three of the 拢2bn redevelopment of the site, which comprises residential and other uses across buildings designed by both Foster and Ghery Partners.

Art鈥檕tel - part of the PPHE Hotel Group - said the 160-plus bedroom hotel would include an outdoor rooftop pool and bar overlooking the Grade II*-listed power station.
