Firm to build 14 schemes including 拢17m One Housing Group job

Contractor and housebuilder Galliford Try has won a basket of contracts in its social housing construction business worth 拢56m.

The firm said the division, known as its partnerships business, had been selected preferred bidder by One Housing Group for the 拢17.8 million Batavia Road scheme in London, creating 114 homes.

In addition the firm said the division had won a further 13 contracts in the South West, North West and North East to deliver a further 13 affordable housing projects. These will involve building 392 new homes across the country in contracts worth a combined 拢38.5 million.
