Galliford Try has won a 拢52.5m contract to build a 922-bed student accommodation facility in Coventry.

The new halls will be built by the firm鈥檚 East Midlands鈥� operation on Paradise Street in the city. The development will feature three blocks of three, 12 and 14 storeys on the site of a former garage near the city centre, with an additional two low-rise house blocks.

Additional landscaping will include a recreational area for the students, plus office and maintenance facilities for the proposed management company AXO Student Living.

Galliford Try is currently building a 拢47.5m 770-bed student accommodation facility at Godiva Place in Coventry.
