Construction giant Galliford Try has won a 拢38m job to build over 200 homes and a primary school for housing association Newlon in north London.

Galliford鈥檚 Partnerships business has won the contract to build the 222-home development on the Brook House site in Tottenham.

The firm said construction will start in June with completion expected in the middle of 2015.

Galliford Try chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said the firm鈥檚 track record in regeneration projects meant it was 鈥渃ontractor of choice鈥 for this type of project.
