Contractor鈥檚 Scottish subsidiary will redevelop high school for hub South East Scotland
Galliford Try鈥檚 Scottish subsidiary Morrison has reached financial close on a 拢34m school development in Edinburgh for hub South East Scotland.
The project involves the extensive redevelopment of James Gillespie鈥檚 High School, including the demolition of existing school buildings and the construction of a new teaching block and sports centre.
In addition the Grade A listed Bruntsfield House at the centre of the school will be refurbished.
Galliford Try鈥檚 facilities management business will provide support services to the school for a 25-year concession period, worth a further 拢10m.
