Contractor appointed to build extra care and housing developments
Contractor Galliford Try has won contracts to build two care facilities and an affordable housing development worth a total of 拢55m.
The firm鈥檚 partnerships division will take on the three jobs.
It has been chosen to build a 拢32m extra care development at Earlsdon Park in Coventry, which includes 262 apartments, health and leisure facilities.
It has also been appointed to build the 拢13.4m Priory View extra care development in Dunstable, consisting of 83 apartments and community facilities.
Finally, it has won a contract with the Homes and Communities Agency to deliver a 拢9.8m project in Taunton that includes 94 new affordable homes.
