Bennetts Associates-designed building in King鈥檚 Cross Central development wins BREEAM design rating of 鈥榦utstanding鈥�
A flagship building that is under construction in London鈥檚 King鈥檚 Cross Central development has won a BREEAM design rating of 鈥渙utstanding鈥�.
The Five Pancras Square building, built by Kier and designed by Bennetts Associates, is a public building for Camden council, with a swimming pool, leisure centre, library, and council offices.
It is due for completion in 2014.
The construction team also includes QS Davis Langdon, structural engineer AKT2 and M&E engineer Grontmij.
