Firms have been put on notice for the 拢120m second phase of a major Hackney regeneration scheme.
The local council has confirmed that it will be issuing a contract notice next month to procure a contractor to build phase 2b of its Britannia project.
Contract award is expected to take place in January 2023, with work on site due to start in March, the authority said in a .
Firms already working on this phase include architect Feilden Clegg Bradley, who were appointed in 2017, QS Core Five, as well as engineers Buro Happold and WSP.

This phase follows on from Morgan Sindall's delivery of the new City of London Academy Shoreditch Park and Britannia Leisure Centre in the scheme鈥檚 first phase.
Phase 2b, which will be built on the site of the old Britannia Leisure Centre, is the first part of a residential development and includes the design and build of four residential blocks.
These will range in height from three to 25 storeys and include homes of a mixed tenure. The scheme will include 81 affordable homes and 314 for private sale.
The council said it currently envisaged the works will be divided into sections, with each one subject to separate practical completions dates.
Hackney council said a bidders鈥 day would be announced as part of the contract notice.
