The Chinese developer behind a mixed-use scheme in Sydney which is being project managed by Turner & Townsend has unveiled images of the residential part of the AUS$1bn (拢600m) habourside project.
T&T was appointed last summer to the One Circular Quay development, which consists of a 59-storey resi tower designed by Australian practice Kerry Hill Architects and a smaller, second tower that will include a five star hotel over 28 floors that has been designed by Japanese practice Kengo Kuma, the architect behind the new V&A museum being built by am in Dundee.
Demolition work at the site was started earlier this year by local firm Delta Group with main construction work due to start next March. Work is due to finish in 2022.
