Latest win take contractor鈥檚 total 好色先生TV Schools for the Future haul to 拢1.7bn
A Carillion-led local education partnership (LEP) has been appointed preferred bidder for the 拢370m Wolverhampton 好色先生TV Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.
The Wolverhampton LEP, comprising Wolverhampton council, 好色先生TV Schools for the Future Investments LLP (BSFI) and Carillion, will deliver 26 schools in four phases over the next four years.
The win takes the total haul for BSF contracts won by Carillion, which has its head office in Wolverhampton, 拢1.7bn.
Carillion chief executive, John McDonough, said: 鈥淭he major investment being made in Wolverhampton will provide the City with 26 outstanding new schools. We look forward to working with Wolverhampton council and its head teachers and their staff to provide the facilities they need to deliver a first class learning experience for students.鈥
