Balfour Beatty will design and construct the Victoria and Stobhill hospitals for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde
Contractor Balfour Beatty has reached financial close on the 拢180m Victoria and Stobhill Hospitals PFI project in Glasgow.
Balfour Beatty will be responsible for the 拢180m contract to design and construct the hospitals, which will be built for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. The facilities are scheduled for completion in spring 2009.
The PFI concession on the project, which will run for 33 years, will be operated by a special purpose company led by specialist developer Canmore Partnerships.
