Mike Staples joins Aecom to focus on 鈥渨ork with signature architects鈥�

Aecom has poached Rider Levett Bucknall鈥檚 head of Europe, Mike Staples.

Staples joins Aecom to focus on the consultant鈥檚 work 鈥渨ith the world鈥檚 signature architects鈥�, the firm said in a statement. He becomes a director in Aecom鈥檚 global program, cost and consultancy business.

Staples鈥� past projects include the Zayed National Museum, Adnec Arena and the Masdar masterplan in Abu Dhabi 鈥� all designed by Foster + Partners. He has also worked with Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners on T4 at Madrid-Barajas Airport and the 900,000 sq ft headquarters for Seoul Broadcasting Systems.
