Quaker's House
Quaker's House is a major extension to an existing building. It has been beautifully built with care and attention to detail, and it sits in a landscaped setting. The jury decided that the nature of the new-build was such that it did not qualify for an award in the single house category.

Family House, Moira
Moira is a well-detailed modern house in which the architect has used a palette of carefully chosen materials and investigated the spatial potential of the double-height entrance hall. After deliberation, the jury decided that the predominance of render over brickwork was such that, despite the obvious qualities of the building, it did not qualify for a Brick Award.
