Developer MCD is undertaking the makeover, with DBK Back as cost consultant and Turner Woolford Sharp as architect.

Latest stage in the regeneration of East Manchester's Ancoats area is completion of the restoration of the grade II listed Murrays' Mills buildings. Ancoats ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Preservation Trust and contractor Wates have carried out the restoration. The buildings have now been handed over to developer consortium Burrell-Inpartnership which is working with architect Richard Murphy to create a mixed-use complex of new and existing buildings.
