Consultant says it is 'monitoring' economic environment but is optimistic about prospects

Consultant WSP today reported growth across the board and said it expected half-year results to be in line with expectations.

In its interim management statement, the group said the six months to 30 June had shown organic revenue growth in all operating divisions.

It added that it was 鈥渕onitoring鈥� changes in the economic environment but remained optimistic about its future prospects.

It said: 鈥淭he board remains confident that this flexibility combined with the diversity of the Group's geographic presence, broad mix of sectors and range of professional skills built over the last ten years, underpins the Group's future prospects.鈥�

The group said it had seen significant success in the UK roads market during the period.
