Worker dies on Balfour Beatty鈥檚 Third Don Crossing job in Aberdeen
A construction worker has died while working on the Third Don Crossing construction project in Aberdeen.
A Balfour Beatty spokesperson said: 鈥淵esterday afternoon, a colleague working on the Third Don Crossing construction project in Aberdeen died.
鈥淥ur deepest sympathies are with our colleague鈥檚 family, friends and co-workers at this time.
鈥淲e are liaising with Police Scotland and the Health & Safety Executive to support their investigations and while these continue it would not be appropriate to comment further.鈥�
Balfour Beatty is the main contractor on the 拢18m scheme, which includes the construction of a 90 metre bridge over the River Don.
