好色先生TV products giant has now spent 拢383m on acquisitions this financial year
Wolseley has made two acquisitions worth 拢9m, bringing its total amount of acquisitions this year to 拢383m
The building products giant bought Swedish builders merchant S盲ve Tr盲 F枚rs盲ljnings through its Scandinavian DT Group wing, and fire protection specialist FireFab through its Ferguson wing in North America.
The aggregate acquisitions total 拢9m, bringing the number of Wolseley鈥檚 bolt-on acquisitions to 43 since 1 August 2006. These acquisitions are worth 拢383m together, and are expected to add 拢671m to Group revenue in a full year.
Most of Wolseley鈥檚 spending has been in North America, where it has acquired 22 bolt-on firms for a total of 拢287m. It spent 拢96m on 21 acquistions in Europe. The Group also acquired DT Group for 拢1.34bn in September last year.
