Housing arm will build 102 homes for Anchor Trust at £63m Denham Garden Village
Willmott Dixon’s housing division is about to build the second phase of the £63m Denham Garden Village in Buckinghamshire.
Willmott Dixon, which has already completed the first phase for client Anchor Trust, will build 102 homes.
In total the village will include 326 homes, shops, a restaurant, leisure facilities and a village hall and the project is scheduled to be completed in 2009.
The village is designed for people aged 55 and over and the scheme offers a variety of homes, from flats and bungalows to two and three bedroom cottages.
The project team also includes architect PRP and quantity surveyor Philip Pank Partnership.
