Firm awarded five-year contract to provide repair and maintenance services

Willmott Dixon has been awarded a five-year contract worth 拢45m to provide repair and maintenance services for Notting Hill Housing Trust.

The firm鈥檚 repair and maintenance division Willmott Dixon Partnerships will carry out the works on behalf of the Trust鈥檚 15,000 tenants.

An option to extend the contract by ten years is also included in the deal. The new contract means Willmott Dixon now services over 135,000 domestic properties across the UK.
