Homes designed by Child Graddon Lewis
A housing scheme that will be built by Willmott Dixon on Westminster’s Harrow Road has been given the green light.
The 112-unit project, which was approved via a virtual committee meeting, will be made up of three new buildings ranging from eight to 16 storeys. Architect on the scheme is Child Graddon Lewis.
Half of the homes will be affordable and will range in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Harrow Road will be among the first delivered by Westminster Builds, the council’s wholly owned company established to help deliver the its regeneration and development programme.
The wider project team includes WSP as project manager, Stantec as engineer and Allen Pyke Associates for landscaping.
Willmott Dixon and Child Graddon Lewis have previously teamed up to complete last year Dudley House, a development of 197 affordable homes, secondary school, Pentecostal church and retail space at Paddington Basin.
