The Woking development will house 560 new homes
Willmott Dixon鈥檚 residential arm has won planning approval for three towers in Woking.
The firm鈥檚 residential brand Prime Place will develop the Rolfe Rudd-deisgned towers, which rise up to 34 storeys in height.
The site on Goldsworth Road is located close to Woking town centre and train station. The towers will house 560 apartments and 10,000 sq m of office space, as well as some retail space and leisure facilities.
Prime Place currently has a pipeline of 7,500 residential units.
Willmott Residential chief executive Nic Simpkin said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e delighted Woking Borough Councillors have approved Prime Place鈥檚 vision for the regeneration of Goldsworth Road.
