Scheme due to be finished by end of next year
Willmott Dixon has been handed a £14m contract to redevelop a site for Greater Brighton Metropolitan College.
The project, which was procured via Scape’s national construction framework, will see the company build 3,000m2 of additional teaching space.
Willmott Dixon will extend an existing tower block on the campus to provide the new Centre for Creative and Digital Industries.
The extension will include studios and classrooms specifically designed for creative and digital specialisms, as well as secure bike storage for staff and students.
The wider project team includes ECE Architecture and NorthGates as QS.
The scheme is due to be finished by the end of next year.
