Contractor鈥檚 Regen arm now has 3,000-home development pipeline
Willmott Dixon鈥檚 development arm Regen has acquired a housing site in North London to take its pipeline of homes over the 3,000 mark.
The 拢100m development scheme at Millbrook Park in Mill Hill will see Regen develop 188 homes, which comprise 159 private sale homes and 29 affordable homes developed by Regen鈥檚 private sale residential brand, Prime Place.
The site has outline planning and a full application on a Broadway Malyan design will be submitted to Barnet Council in spring 2016 for the development, which will be branded Prime Place, Millbrook Park.
It follows last month鈥檚 planning green light for Brentford FC鈥檚 new 20,000 seat stadium that will also see 900 new homes created on two sites, and is the latest in a series of deals over the past 18 to help Willmott Dixon fulfil its ambition to be a major residential developer in London and the South East.
Andrew Telfer, chief executive at Willmott Dixon Regen, said the firm wanted to further grow the number of homes it was developing in 2016, both through Prime Place and Be:here, its private market rent business. 鈥淥ur ability to combine these two strong brands to develop homes for both private sale and private rent is also unlocking wider opportunities and helping to accelerate the delivery of hundreds of homes in the capital,鈥 he said.
