Old Brompton Road property row heads for the High Court.
The Wellcome Trust is suing the NatWest Bank in a dispute over property at Old Brompton Road and Onslow Gardens in London SW7.
The Wellcome Trust is seeking possession of the property, apart from the ground floor and basement which are let to Countrywide Estate Agents, and the basement store, first and second floors which are let to Lloyd and Associates.
The property owners claim that NatWest has trespassed on the property, but no other details are currently available from the High Court.
