Cardiff Bay scheme masterplanned by Atkins will feature a 41-storey tower and nine other buildings
Wales’ tallest residential building has been submitted for planning permission.
The building, at 41-storeys, is part of a £500m, 10-building development at Cardiff Bay.
Atkins is masterplanner and lead designer on the scheme. Conran Design also drew up plans for three of the towers.
The proposals for client Bay Pointe, a joint venture between Allied Developments (Europe) and City Lofts Group, also include a park and a new cycleway.
The scheme is expected to complete between 2014 and 2016.
