Paul Davis & Partners Architect has won a competition to design a 2m2 ft mixed-use development in Shanghai.
The British architect will be working on the project, which includes two 31-storey residential towers, with Archasia Design Group, a Shanghai and Taipei-based practice
.The scheme will feature the two towers and a group of smaller, mixed-use buildings clustered around landscaped gardens and courtyards.
Paul Davis & Partners was invited to enter the competition after the UK Trade and Investment and British Council held Riverside Regeneration seminars in Shanghai.
