The firm has brought in Tom Edgerley from Exemplar as development director
Developer U+I has confirmed three hires to its senior delivery team.
Former Laing O鈥橰ourke pre-construction director Mark Richardson has joined as the firm鈥檚 director of delivery.
Meanwhile, Tom Edgerley and Matt Simpson have been appointed as development directors.
Edgerley was previously at rival client Exemplar, where he was senior development manager working on projects including the mixed-use scheme Fitzroy Place in London鈥檚 Fitzrovia district.
Sampson is an internal promotion. He is currently working on the group鈥檚 development鈥檚 12 Hammersmith Grove and 1 Brunel Place in Slough.
