In the first job, a £120m contract with Laing Investments subsidiary Equion, Laing Construction will build four police stations for the Metropolitan Police, as well as facilities for the serious crime group and the mounted branch.
The stations will be in Bromley, Lewisham, Sutton and Deptford.
Under a separate £55m, 25-year deal with the Metropolitan Police, Laing Investments is providing a public order and firearms training facility in Gravesend, Kent.
The third deal is to provide 17 police stations for the Greater Manchester Police Authority under a 30-year, £81m deal.
Equion will provide staff to manage the front desks, custody suites, and prisoner property evidence.
Andy Friend, managing director of Laing Investments, said the deals would support Laing's decision to focus on infrastructure, development, operation and management.
